Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek accompanies project financing for City Outlet Center Marlet

A team led by Dr. Mirko Sickinger, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, advised FFIRE Immobilienverwaltung AG on concluding a structured real estate financing transaction of EUR 16 million. The advice included, among other things, drafting and negotiating the loan agreement and the collateral agreements. Via its subsidiary, Marlet Objektgesellschaft mbH, FFIRE Immobilienverwaltung AG will use the loan to acquire commercial real estate and convert it into City Outlet Center Marlet.
 
The term of the loan is five years. Frankfurt am Main-based ICF Bank AG acted as an intermediary for the investor.
