Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek Advises Payom Solar AG on SME Bond Issue

Payom Solar AG launches its first corporate bond, the "Energy Bond." Commercial law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek provided legal counsel to the company.

At a scheduled volume of EUR 50 million, the bond will be listed in the Stuttgart BondM market segment. This step is used to support financing of business expansion. "We are pleased to assist another one of our clients, Payom Solar AG, in the issue of an SME bond. Particularly due to the current dynamic growth of the company, the project was as exciting as challenging," said Dr. Thorsten Kuthe, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek.

Payom Solar AG is a supplier of roof-mounted and roof-top solar energy systems from home equipment to large industrial plants. In 2010, the company increased its sales by 115.5 percent to EUR 154.3 million.
