Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises UGISense AG on investment round

Dr. Mathias Schröder, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek’s Munich office, advised UGISense AG on another investment round, carried out by means of a cash capital increase in which existing and new investors participated.

UGISense AG is a young and innovative company based in Dortmund and is active in the research and development of medicinal products and basic research.

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek has already successfully assisted UGISense AG in several investment rounds.
