We can now closely advise our numerous Baden-Württemberg clients on site. Our newly joining peers in Stuttgart are not only extraordinarily renowned and qualified lawyers, but they also have outstanding clients both in Baden-Württemberg as well as nationally and internationally. Our full service concept offers numerous synergies for the benefit of our clients in the new setup. Also in terms of human relations, the peers are an excellent fit with our culture."
From the start, the GSK team provides Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek at the Stuttgart location with a high-profile, regionally and nationally successful corporate law and real estate office. IP/IT and Taxes supplement the range of advisory services, scheduled to be strengthened and expanded by additional areas of advice in the near term.
The new peers at Stuttgart also see excellent development opportunities for the Stuttgart office in the future due to Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's extensive national and international presence and the law firm's full service approach: "Just as we do, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek has a strong and successful corporate law practice and wants to continuously grow in the sectors of real estate and tax law. We complement each other well. In addition, the firm offers a comparatively wide range of advisory services, which is of large interest to our clients and serves to increase our attractiveness. In addition to numerous highly fruitful collaboration projects, we expect our business and our client base to expand greatly across all areas. Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's strong regional presence, not least towards the Rhineland and Munich, assists us in exhausting existing client potential even better. The synergies in the key fields of our office are substantial," said Dr. Peter Ladwig, Partner at GSK.
For Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, the admission of this commercially sound and professionally excellent team presents a huge step forward. Immediately after the merger, the law firm can count on a working unit in Baden-Württemberg and swiftly expand locally existing contacts and clients of the Heuking partners.
