Telko acquires Polyma Kunststoffe with HEUKING

HEUKING Partner Dr. Hermann Ali Hinderer and his team legally advised Finnish company Telko, a subsidiary of publicly listed Aspo, on its acquisition of Polyma Kunststoffe GmbH & Co. KG. The acquisition provides Telko access to the German market, which is the largest plastics market in Europe. Alexander Maul, Polyma’s current CEO, will continue in his role at the company.

Telko, a distributor of engineering plastics based in Espoo, Finland, supplies specialty plastics and offers technical support and production process setup advice to its customers. This acquisition strengthens Telko’s position in the pan-European market and aligns with the company’s strategy to accelerate growth through acquisitions.

Polyma Kunststoffe GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Reinbek, manufactures and distributes engineering plastics, and operates warehouse sites in Germany, Poland, the UK, and Switzerland.
