HEUKING advises SPS Global on acquisition of key business units of CBS Business Services

A HEUKING team led by Dr. Ulrich Jork, Partner at the Munich office, legally advised and supported SPS Germany GmbH on its acquisition of key business units of Customized Business Services GmbH (CBS, formerly Canon Business Services). The transaction was successfully closed on March 31, 2025.

This acquisition marks another strategic milestone in SPS’s growth within the Enterprise Workplace Solutions (EWS) sector. By expanding its customer base and securing 88 jobs across 16 sites, SPS strengthens its position as a leading provider of hybrid workplace solutions and office logistics services in Germany. Through this transaction, SPS also acquires prominent clients from the telecommunications, aviation, industrial, and media sectors.
