TECNO-PLAST becomes a member of Indutrade group with Heuking
A team led by Dr. Ali Șahin, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, advised TECNO-PLAST Industrietechnik GmbH and the shareholder family on the sale to Indutrade group. Complementary businesses in the group will create additional potential for TECNO-PLAST’s expansion while a decentralized and entrepreneurial group approach will ensure the company’s independent development. The founding family arranged the company’s succession with the transaction. The Closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions including the antitrust clearance.
TECNO-PLAST Industrietechnik GmbH is a Düsseldorf-based specialist for hoses and hose systems. In addition to expertise in the relevant markets and technical applications, TECNO-PLAST has own clean room capacities and offers predominantly customer-specific solutions. Established in 1972, the company’s customers hail mainly from the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, medical technology, and chemical industries. As a supplier to vaccine manufacturers, the company is currently experiencing particular demand because it is also contributing to the fight against the coronavirus pandemic. With currently around 80 employees, the company generates sales of about EUR 23 million.
