Köln-Düsseldorfer Deutsche Rheinschiffahrt AG issues profit participation rights with Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek

For the purposes of financing over the winter months, Köln-Düsseldorfer Deutsche Rheinschiffahrt AG is issuing profit participation rights of up to EUR 1.5 million. The profit participation rights will primarily be offered to customers and friends of the company. The stock corporation was legally advised by a team led by Dr. Thorsten Kuthe and Madeleine Zipperle, partners at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's Cologne office.
 
Köln-Düsseldorfer Deutsche Rheinschiffahrt AG (KD) offers various trips on the Rhine and Moselle rivers with its fleet of ships.
