Heuking advises dogado group on the acquisition of Metanet AG

A German-Swiss team led by Dr. Pär Johansson, Marcel Hostettler, and Tim Remmel advised dogado GmbH, a portfolio company of private equity fund Triton, on the acquisition of Zurich-based Metanet AG.
