Heuking advises Russmedia Equity Partners on acquisition of stake in ICONY
Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek and a team led by Alexander Weber legally advised Russmedia Equity Partners on the acquisition of a stake in white label dating provider ICONY GmbH.
ICONY GmbH operates the ICONY network, which gives companies the opportunity to offer dating or matchmaking services under their own brand and/or domain. Numerous media companies and domains are using this network. ICONY was formed from the metropolis.de and flirt.de community platforms. The ICONY network has over 2.5 million registered users.
