Heuking advises the shareholders of disphere tech GmbH on the sale of all shares to Bearing-Point

A team led by Dr. Mathias Schröder, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek’s Munich office, comprehensively advised the shareholders of disphere tech GmbH on the sale of all shares to BearingPoint Business Services B.V. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price. disphere tech supports clients primarily from the financial services industry in the digital transformation of sales. It developed the diContract cloud-based platform.

BearingPoint is an independent management and technology consultancy with a global reach. The company operates in three business units: Consulting, Products, and Capital. The buyer was counseled by Dr. Christoph Maurer, LL.M., Maurer Law.
