Heuking advises Uniresta Capital Investors GmbH on the acquisition of a logistics park
A transaction team from from various offices of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised Frankfurt-based investor and investment manager Uniresta Capital Investors GmbH (“UCI”) on the acquisition of a logistics park in Bavaria as part of a joint venture with a family office.
The fully leased property is leased out to international freight and logistics companies, and other tenants. The buildings on the property have a total usable area of approx. 40,000 square meters, including an office area of approx. 2,800 square meters.
Founded in 2021, UCI is an independent investor and investment manager specializing in real estate investments across Germany. UCI creates a strategic co-investment platform for external capital partners, enabling it to scale investment strategies and execute specialized projects that attract family offices and co-investors.
