Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek at CeBIT 2013
As partner at the state of Hesse's multi-company Hesse-IT booth (Hall 2, Booth E46), the law firm of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek will be represented at this year's CeBIT in Hanover from March 5 to March 9.
The information and communications technology industry is ever more marked by seamless networking and convergence as well as by more complex application architectures and larger data volumes. NGA networks, Big Data, Cloud Computing and S.a.a.S.stand for concrete projects and offerings; at the same time, they also stand for new value creation models and business processes. Providers and customers, the public and private sectors, corporate groups and SME's in Germany and abroad are equally affected. Increasingly, ever more collaboration between the private and public sectors is required.
The fast-paced changes and technical developments entail complex legal implications at the same time - including in contract law, data protection law and telecommunications regulatory law as well as in subsidy law, media law and competition law. At this year's CeBIT, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek will highlight business models and the legal framework for these developments and infrastructure projects.
The legal experts of the IP, Media & Technology Practice Group will be available to discuss these and other topics with visitors. In addition, presentations of the lawyers at the Hesse-IT booth will offer the opportunity to gain insight into currently discussed legal issues, including on the expansion of NGA networks.
