Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek’s Hamburg office expanding with Falko Keller in Tax Law
Falko Keller (40) will support Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek’s Corporate/M&A and Tax practice groups as Salaried Partner. He will be based at the law firm’s Hamburg office as of October 1, 2016.
Keller joins the firm from KPMG, where he worked as senior manager since 2012. He had previously worked at Watson, Farley & Williams, and at PwC.
He specializes in tax advice to German and foreign clients on corporate transactions, restructuring, and real estate transactions, where Keller will in particular be able to apply his expertise in matters pertaining to real estate transfer tax.

Including Falko Keller, 22 equity partners and 13 salaried partners are based in Hamburg, bringing the total to 59 lawyers and tax advisors working out of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek’s Hamburg office.
