ILG acquires local retail center in Pegnitz with Heuking

A team led by Dr. Frank Baßler, Stuttgart, and Klaus Weinand-Härer, Frankfurt, both Partners at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, advised ILG Capital GmbH on the acquisition of a local retail center in Pegnitz. 

The retail center was acquired on behalf of an open-ended real estate special AIF focusing on local retail properties. Comprising 8,691 square meters of total leasable area, the center features creditworthy retail tenants such as REWE, Aldi, and Müller and was acquired from Volksbank Raiffeisenbank Nordoberpfalz eG. The acquisition on behalf of the fund took effect on July 1, 2022. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
