Strengthening the market position: Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises PlusServer AG on two additional acquisitions

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised PlusServer AG, part of intergenia group, on the acquisitions of Dusseldorf-based MESH GmbH as well as of Mainlab GmbH (based in Frankfurt a.M.).

MESH is a European-wide Internet infrastructure service provider headquartered in Düsseldorf. Previously reserved to large corporations due to their capital intensity and complexity, MESH makes solutions such as cloud computing and managed data center infrastructure available to mid-sized companies. The company develops IT infrastructure and services for its customers under a solution as a service (SaaS) approach.

Mainlab was established in 2001. The company focuses on highly available colocation services at several locations in Frankfurt/Main and in Amsterdam as well as managed hosting of cloud infrastructure in IaaS on VMware basis. Mainlab's customers are exclusively business customers with an emphasis on German and international mid-sized companies.

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises intergenia group on a regular basis. In November 2011, Oakley Capital Private Equity acquired a majority stake in intergenia group. In March 2014, intergenia group took over the hosting activities of synergetic group by ac-quiring synergetic Technology AG and Loomes AG.
