Heuking advises ARTUS group on its acquisition of SI.TEQ group
A Cologne-based Private Equity team led by Dr. Pär Johansson and Kristina Schneider comprehensively advised ARTUS group on the acquisition of SI.TEQ group from its previous shareholders, led by rigeto.
SI.TEQ group has been operating since 2005 and is a prominent provider of property damage restoration services in northern Germany and Bavaria. Its primary focus is the provision of skilled labor for the repair of minor to moderate damage to residential structures.
ARTUS Bautrocknung- und Sanierungsgruppe is one of Germany’s foremost providers of restoration services for fire, water, mold, and natural hazard damage, in addition to building drying and heating. With over 1,400 employees at more than 75 sites, the company provides comprehensive remediation solutions.
By acquiring SI.TEQ group, ARTUS Bautrocknung- und Sanierungsgruppe is expanding its business establishment density to provide customers with a comprehensive and holistic service approach. It is anticipated that the expertise of SANTEQ GmbH Schadenmanagement in the medium- and large-scale damage segment will contribute to the group’s continued expansion.
The Heuking team has been advising ARTUS since 2019 and now represented the client in its second add-on acquisition since PE investor Castik’s entry.
