Wirtschaftswoche recognizes Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek and Dr. Martin Imhof in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions

In its current edition, WirtschaftsWoche magazine ranks Dr. Martin Imhof, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek and specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law, as one of the top lawyers in M&A transactions and recognizes Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek as one of the top law firms in this field.

Dr. Martin Imhof has been an equity partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek since 2012 and has extensive experience in advising companies in national and international M&A transactions, as well as on establishing joint ventures in Germany and abroad. Industry publication Chambers Global 2016 had recently highlighted his expertise in Corporate/M&A as Head of the India Desk.
 
The ranking of Wirtschaftswoche is published regularly and allows business owners to search for appropriate legal advice. In recent years, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek had been recognized in the areas of Criminal Tax Law (2009), White Collar and Criminal Compliance (2012 and 2015), IT Law (2012) and Procurement Law (2014).

In a first step, Handelsblatt Research Institute identified more than 500 M&A experts, to which all M&A lawyers were submitted for assessment in the second step. The subsequent list of 55 lawyers was then reviewed by a neutral five-member jury from the business, journalism and legal sectors. As a result, 17 firms with 29 particularly highlighted experts in M&A were recognized.
