HEUKING advises AICHELIN Holding GmbH on sale of EMA Indutec GmbH

HEUKING Partner Dr. Christoph F. Wetzler, Frankfurt, legally advised and represented AICHELIN Holding GmbH on its sale of EMA Indutec GmbH.

AICHELIN Group, specialized in industrial heat treatment of metallic parts and components, is consolidating its group of companies with a stronger focus on its core business. Its German subsidiary EMA Indutec GmbH has been successfully divested to internationally renowned ParkOhio group.

The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The transaction was successfully closed in February with proceeds from the sale to be invested in future projects and R&D efforts, among other initiatives.

As part of Berndorf AG, AICHELIN Group, headquartered in Mödling near Vienna, stands as a global leader in heat treatment solutions, including industrial furnaces and heating systems, control and automation systems, as well as Industry 4.0 solutions and services. In addition to its traditional AICHELIN brand, the group also comprises AFC-Holcroft, SAFED, BOSIO, and NOXMAT.
