Heuking advises shareholders of Trompetter Guss Chemnitz on sale to iron foundry group Gienanth

A team led by Dr. Peter Ladwig, Partner at the Stuttgart office, legally advised the shareholders of Trompetter Guss Chemnitz GmbH on the sale of all shares to Gienanth Group GmbH. Saxony-based Trompetter Guss Chemnitz GmbH is known as a quality leader for the manufacture of commercial vehicle brake calipers, automotive turbocharger housings, and other core-intensive components with highly complex geometries. Following its takeover by Gienanth, Trompetter Guss Chemnitz will operate under the name Gienanth Chemnitz Guss GmbH.

Gienanth Group GmbH is a leading solution provider in the field of highly complex iron castings. Gienanth Group will use the acquisition to complement its product portfolio and to diversify its market position. This creates one of the most powerful solution providers for iron casting components in Europe with some 1,800 employees.
