Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek accompanies NTT Com Security AG on capital increase

The commercial law firm of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, represented by Munich-based partner Boris Dürr, advised NTT Com Security AG in connection with performing a capital increase with shareholder subscription rights and in particular on drafting the required prospectus. Overall, NTT Com Security AG was able to place 3,808,954 new shares at a subscription price of EUR 6.15 per share. The issue therefore generated proceeds of some EUR 23.5 million before issue cost.

The capital increase serves in particular to strengthen equity. In the last few years, NTT Com Security AG has invested heavily in expanding international market presence, developing consulting expertise and capacities, in the portfolio of technical and consulting solutions, and in management structures. In addition, with a view to the increasing sales volumes, the funds generated from the capital increase are to be used to finance the working capital and future acquisition possibilities.
