Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises Kolle Rebbe shareholders on sale to Accenture Interactive
Consulting firm Accenture has reached an agreement with the shareholders of Kolle Rebbe to take over their advertising agency. A team led by Dr. Peter Christian Schmidt, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek’s Hamburg office, advised the Kolle Rebbe shareholders on the sale.
Established in 1994, the agency is characterized by branding campaigns that combine award-winning creative work and digital customer interaction. Kolle Rebbe’s work includes some of Germany’s best-known advertising campaigns in recent years, including ‘life's a search’ for Google, ‘#sayyestotheworld’ for Lufthansa, ‘Next level luxury’ for Audi, the Ritter Sport campaign that has been running successfully for ten years, as well as the campaigns to launch successful Netflix series such as “Better Call Saul” and “Narcos.”
Kolle Rebbe develops cross-channel advertising campaigns and digital content for clients from a wide variety of industries, including brands such as Audi, DAZN, Netflix, and TUI Cruises. The agency employs some 300 people at its Hamburg headquarters, including artists, designers, digital designers, technologists, concept engineers, and copywriters.
The transaction requires the approval of the antitrust authorities.
