Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises Krones group on acquisition of Triacos

Led by the new Stuttgart office, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised Syskron Holding GmbH, a subsidiary of Krones AG specializing in intralogistics, on the acquisition of 100 percent of Triacos Consulting & Engineering GmbH. With Triacos, Syskron Holding acquires expertise in the consulting and implementing of SAP solutions focusing on production logistics and intralogistics.
 
Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised Krones group on due diligence, structuring and contract design, as well as on the contract negotiations.
  
Due Diligence was performed together with FAS AG, which had assumed financial due diligence in addition to the overall due diligence coordination.
