Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises Russmedia on the sale of its holding in PaulCamper GmbH

A team led by Alexander Weber, Partner at Heuking‘s Munich office, legally advised Russmedia Equity Partners Establishment on divesting its holding in PaulCamper GmbH, the operator of Germany’s largest online portal for RV rentals. PaulCamper GmbH was acquired by its Australian competitor Camplify for a price of AUD 47.6 million (about EUR 30.88 million).

Russmedia Equity Partners Establishment is part of Russmedia group, an internationally operating investment company based in Liechtenstein, which invests in digital marketplaces, aggregators, and SaaS solutions in Europe, acting both as a financial and strategic investor.

Heuking advises Russmedia on an ongoing basis in the fields of VC/M&A and had also been retained by Russmedia at the occasion of the entry and funding rounds of PaulCamper that preceded the exit.
