Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek supports Start-up Week Düsseldorf

As part of Start-up Week Düsseldorf, to be held from April 11 to 17, 2016, the law firm of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek will offer five free seminars to business founders on April 11 and 12. The topics range from company formation to e-commerce and IP/IT to tax and labor law. "We are pleased to support young entrepreneurs, so that they can start their business knowing that they are legally compliant," said Dr. Kirsten Thiergart.
 
In addition, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek is a partner of STARTPLATZ Düsseldorf and offers young entrepreneurs free consultation services to help them avoid "classic mistakes." The Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek team is also available to assist advanced startups, however, on any legal questions.
 
In the past decade, Düsseldorf has become well established in the start-up scene. 135 start-ups have created some 2,100 jobs in the city – including well-known examples such as hotel search engine trivago, online supermarket Emma's Enkel, and housing exchange site Salz & Brot.
