Nagel Holding GmbH & Co. KG invested in young growth company copaltec GmbH as part of a corporate investment. A team led by Dr. Rainer Herschlein, Partner at the Stuttgart office, legally advised Nagel Holding comprehensively. With this investment, Nagel Holding offers copaltec not only additional capital, but also strategic expertise and market access.
 
Founded in 2012, copaltec GmbH, headquartered in Böblingen, develops and manufactures polyurethane-based casting compounds. The products protect sensitive electronic components from external influences. The company’s portfolio comprises product lines consisting of transparent, insulating, flame retardant, and cooling systems.
 
Nagel Maschinen und Werkzeugfabrik GmbH, based in Nürtingen, specializes in the field of honing and superfinishing technology. Its customers are from the automotive, compressor and mechanical engineering, hydraulics and pneumatics, and medical technology sectors.
