Michael Neises presented an analysis of last season’s shareholder engagements in Germany and Dr. Christoph Gringel interviewed Dr. Cordula Heldt from the Deutsche Aktieninstitut on the Meaning of the European Regulatory Framework for Shareholder Activists.
