Adi Seffer (51) and Dr. Stephan Witteler (47) joined the Frankfurt office of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek as Equity Partners on January 1, 2011.
Adi Seffer, from 2001 to 2005 Head of Business & Finance, Technology at Morgan Lewis & Bockius in Frankfurt, comes from Heymann & Partner, where he had served as senior partner in a variety of corporate and IT-related transactions since 2005.

Stephan Witteler (47) joins from von Beiten Burkhardt, where he served as equity partner in information technology and telecommunications since 2006.
Prior to working as a lawyer, he spent many years in various capacities for Deutsche Telekom, including as Executive Vice President at T-Systems. He focuses on the areas of contract drafting for infrastructure projects, M&A, outsourcing and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), in particular for information technology, telecommunications and logistics companies. He also specializes in licensing, hardware and system contracts and in regulatory and competition law. Lately, he has been particularly involved in landmark projects for the establishment and licensing of the new LTE mobile generation and in fiber network development in rural areas.
Both new partners will be accompanied by associates.
"We are pleased to be able to further expand the Frankfurt office with the new members and their teams and we are convinced that both new partners will have a markedly positive effect on growth in Frankfurt," Dr. Andreas Urban, Managing Partner of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek and Dr. Thomas Nickel, representative of the law firm's Frankfurt office, state in unison.
