AHG Group takes over Entenmann car dealerships with Heuking
With a team led by Dr. Rainer Herschlein and Dr. Frank Baßler, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised AHG Autohandelsgesellschaft mbH on the acquisition of Entenmann Group with four car dealerships in the Stuttgart area.
Entenmann Group sells the BMW and Mini brands including sub-brands BMW i and BMW M in Esslingen, Göppingen, Kirchheim/Teck, and Ostfildern. Last year, the group generated sales of about EUR 120 million with 180 employees, all of whom are to be taken over. Across all four sites, Entenmann most recently sold 1,200 BMW and 300 Mini new cars as well as 2,300 used cars.
AHG Group is a multi-brand dealer based in Horb am Neckar and operates more than 40 car dealerships in southwest Germany. Employing some 2,000 people, it is one of Germany’s largest car dealerships. The group is divided into the subsidiaries ahg Autohandelsgesellschaft (BMW, MINI, Land Rover, Peugeot) and bhg Autohandelsgesellschaft (Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, Seat, VW Commercial Vehicles). In 2018, the company sold over 33,000 new and used cars.
