Flokk AS acquires Giroflex with the support of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek
Norwegian Flokk AS, advised by a team led by Hamburg-based partner Dr. Stefan Duhnkrack, acquired all shares in Swiss Giroflex-Holding AG with all its holdings, including the German subsidiary (Giroflex GmbH).
Flokk AS, formerly Scandinavian Business Seating AS, is a portfolio company of Triton Fund IV. The leading European manufacturer of workplace furniture is headquartered in Oslo. Flokk sells its products through a network of independent distribution partners in 15 countries.
Giroflex is a Swiss manufacturer of high-quality and ergonomic chairs, conference chairs, visitor chairs – chairs that meet the needs of human anatomy. Giroflex products are available worldwide, sold by own companies in Germany, Belgium, and The Netherlands, as well as by international licensees and distribution partners.
Led by Swiss law firm Walder Wyss AG (lead counsel Urs P. Gnos, Partner), the buyer was represented for the German company by Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek.
