Heuking advises teckpro AG on acquisition of IT service provider iS2

Heuking Partners Dr. Robert Güther, Ariane Neubauer, and Astrid Reich from the Berlin office legally advised teckpro AG, a provider of analysis, sales, and consulting solutions for the finance and insurance industries, on its acquisition of IT service provider iS2 Intelligent Solution Services AG from die Bayerische insurance group.

With a combined workforce of almost 100 experts and a sound partner network in the financial services sector and in research, the two companies intend to combine their professional and technological expertise and to expand.
