With a supra-local team led by the Frankfurt based partner Dr. Günther M. Bredow, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised Technische Werke Ludwigshafen AG (TWL) on the acquisition of Ensys AG from the former shareholders via a subsidiary.
