Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises AXA Investment Managers on the acquisition of a commercial building from Centrum

AXA Investment Managers acquired an office building from project developer Centrum in the city of Kiel. A team of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, led by Dr. Peter Zimmermann, Partner at the commercial law firm's Düsseldorf office, advised AXA on the transaction.

The property that has been refurbished and revitalized by Centrum under the name of "Leik" offers 12,077 m² of rental space on six floors and is leased out to various retailers (including TK Maxx) and to authorities.
