Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises Equity Consulting on the acquisition of Baltic Metalltechnik in Grevesmühlen

A team led by Dr. Mathias Schröder, Partner at law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's Munich office, comprehensively advised Equity Consulting GmbH on the acquisition of Baltic Metalltechnik GmbH's Grevesmühlen site (Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania). Baltic Metalltechnik GmbH is a company in international technology group Körber's tobacco division. The acquisition was made by way of an asset deal.
 
The operating assets of Baltic Metalltechnik GmbH and the factory premises in Grevesmühlen were acquired. In addition to Equity Consulting GmbH, Bader Holding GmbH as a strategic investor took out 25% in the buyer vehicle.
