Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH on the largest acquisition in its corporate history to date

A team led by Corporate/M&A Partner Michael Neises legally advised Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH, Frankfurt am Main (Germany), on the acquisition of a stake in fairnamic GmbH (Friedrichshafen) from Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH. fairnamic GmbH is a joint venture between Messe Frankfurt and Messe Friedrichshafen that combines the two partners’ expertise in urban mobility and aviation and is intended to drive the global mobility revolution. It focuses on the Eurobike trade show, which will be held in Frankfurt am Main in the future, and the Aero trade show, which will continue to be held in Friedrichshafen.
 
Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH is a subsidiary of Messe Frankfurt GmbH, the world’s largest trade show, conference, and event organizer with its own exhibition grounds. The group employs some 2,450 people at 29 sites worldwide.
