Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises RPC Group on acquisition of NORDFOLIEN GmbH

A team led by Dr. Peter Christian Schmidt, Partner at the Hamburg office, advised RPC Group Plc on the acquisition of NORDFOLIEN GmbH. The purchase price is based on an enterprise value of EUR 75 million.  

The transaction is subject to approval by the relevant antitrust authorities in Germany and Poland. The NORDFOLIEN management team will continue to manage the business from its current sites.

NORDFOLIEN GmbH, headquartered in Steinfeld in Lower Saxony, specializes in high-quality industrial and consumer packaging and operates one site each in Germany and Poland
