Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek Advises Shareholders of DIA-Nielsen Group on Sale to Graphic Controls N.V.

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised the family shareholders of DIA-Nielsen MicroTech GmbH on the sale to Graphic Controls N.V., the European subsidiary of U.S.-based Graphic Controls Group, headquartered in Buffalo.

Graphic Controls thereby acquired all shares in DIA-Nielsen group, which was established in Düren in 1955, including in all subsidiaries. The acquisition thus relates to the DIA-Nielsen companies in Germany, the U.S. and France. With the acquisition, Graphic Controls N. V. continues to expand its European network and strengthens its leading position versus its competitors.

The DIA-Nielsen group is a technological and global leader and developer, manufacturer and service provider in the business segments of laboratory filters, marking systems for industrial recorders, as well as ink jet and toner products.

The sellers were advised by the Hamburg M&A team of law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, led by Dr. Stefan Duhnkrack.
