Lloyd Fonds AG organizes refinancing for Austrian hotel group with Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek

With a team led by Dr. Stefan Duhnkrack from the law firm’s Hamburg office, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised Lloyd Fonds AG successfully on the refinancing of a hotel portfolio of a renowned Austrian hotel group. The refinancing serves the expansion of the group.

The hotel portfolio has a market value of more than 66 million euros and consists of seven hotels in Germany and Austria. The 3-star and 4-star category hotels comprise a total of more than 800 rooms. Two Luxemburg-based fund companies provide a loan of 44.7 million euros to the hotel portfolio’s owners. With the advice on financing and the brokering of the loan, Lloyd realizes another project in asset financing for institutional investors.
