Expansion into the German market: Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises ARI Investment Holdings, LLC on the acquisition of Fleetlevel+ Services GmbH's fleet management segment

ARI Investment Holdings, LLC, a leading global fleet services provider headquartered in Mount Laurel/New Jersey is expanding into the German market, assisted by Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek. The U.S.-based company acquired the Fleet Management Services segment of German provider Fleetlevel+ Services GmbH in a spin-off and will be known as ARI Fleet Germany GmbH as of August. Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised ARI on the acquisition with a team led by Dr. Jörg aus der Fünten, Partner at the Cologne office.
 
ARI Investment Holdings, LLC, part of Holman Automotive Group, employs a workforce of more than 2,400, including in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe. It manages more than 952,000 fleet vehicles worldwide. Stuttgart-based Fleetlevel+ was formed from DEKRA and has been a BMW Group company since 2007.
