Heuking advises Elvaston Capital on its acquisition of dicomputer

A team led by Ariane Neubauer, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek’s Berlin office, legally advised a fund advised by Elvaston Capital (“Elvaston“) comprehensively on its acquisition of dicomputer GmbH (“dicomputer“).

The partnership between dicomputer and Elvaston serves as a strategic alliance that enhances Kronos group’s beverage vertical. It is their collective objective to develop a cutting-edge software platform that will establish a dominant market position within the beverage industry in the German-speaking region. The objective is to be accomplished by means of merging DICOM, which is already included in the existing portfolio, with dicomputer. Elvaston is thus further consolidating its position within the sector.

Elvaston is an entrepreneur-led investment company that focuses on investing in leading software firms within the German-speaking region. The firm procures majority ownership interests and provides equity capital for growth financing.
