Digital Spirit GmbH is a leading supplier of compliance solutions. Digital Spirit’s customers include half of all companies listed on the DAX, numerous MDAX and SDAX companies, as well as a wide range of enterprises and SMEs that are not listed on the stock exchange. Idox plc is a leading supplier of software solutions and services to the UK public sector and to asset intensive industries around the world. Over 90% of UK local authorities are customers.

This acquisition will create under the corporate brand of Idox compliance Europe’s biggest supplier of compliance solutions in the fast growing segment of the European compliance and e-learning market.
