Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises iris Capital on Studitemps financing round

Dr. Jörg aus der Fünten, partner at commercial law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's Cologne office, comprehensively advised Iris Capital in legal matters on an investment in recruitment agency Studitemps GmbH. European growth investor Iris Capital thereby leads the 12 million euro series sports C financing round at Studitemps.

Existing shareholders XAnge, Seventure, and b-to-v also took part in the financing round. With the newly acquired capital, Studitemps intends to further develop web-based staff scheduling, in order to expand its market leadership in Germany and to take first steps to go international.
