Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises Maj Invest and Vernal on the sale of Norafin

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek have advised funds advised by Maj Invest Equity, Denmark, as well as its portfolio company Vernal A/S on the divestment of Norafin Industries (Germany) GmbH to PINOVA Capital.

Norafin is a leading manufacturer of speciality and technical non-wovens and composites with its seat in Mildenau, Saxony.

The transaction has already been closed. As agreed between the parties, the purchase price of the transaction was not disclosed.
