Reply acquires CSPi with support from Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek
A team led by Dr. Lothar Ende, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek’s Hamburg office, advised Reply on the acquisition of the German group companies of U.S. group CSPi. IT service provider CSPi GmbH, which will operate as Spike Reply in the future, will boost Reply group’s presence in IT security.
