HEUKING advises DATABAU group on acquisition of Connect-Energie GmbH assets
A team with members from several offices, led by Dr. Rainer Herschlein, LL.M. and Charlotte Schmitt, LL.M., both Partners at HEUKING’s Stuttgart office, legally advised and supported DATABAU group on the acquisition of key assets of Connect-Energie GmbH.
After Connect-Energie GmbH had filed for insolvency, it sold its key assets to DATABAU Neuss GmbH, an affiliate of DATABAU group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
