HEUKING advises on the sale of medical care centers Derma Köln and Hautforum Köln to DERMANOVIS

A team led by HEUKING Partner Dr. Oliver von Rosenberg, LL.M. comprehensively advised the majority of the shareholders of Cologne-based medical care centers Derma Köln and Hautforum Köln on the partial sale of their participations to DERMANOVIS Group, a supra-regional investor specializing in dermatology. The advice also encompassed the prior establishment of a medical care center in accordance with regulatory requirements, as well as structuring the future shareholder relationship.

Derma Köln medical care center, staffed by a team of 13 physicians, is the leading dermatology facility in and around Cologne. Specializing in a wide range of dermatological examinations, treatments, and procedures – including allergology, phlebology, laser treatments, and cosmetic dermatology – the center handles over 50,000 patient contacts annually. The sale will not result in any changes to the medical staff; the majority of the shareholders will remain actively involved and continue to play a key leadership role. This transaction will enable Derma Köln medical care center to further accelerate its dynamic growth, secure dermatological care, and expand its comprehensive range of services.

DERMANOVIS is a leading dermatology network already operating at 16 sites across the region. It provides patients with specialized centers for healthy and beautiful skin, featuring experts in dermatology, allergology, and vein medicine. All centers are equipped with the latest advancements in science and technology to ensure top-quality care.
