Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises Detlev Louis Motorrad-Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH on upstream merger
Supported by Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, Hamburg-based Detlev Louis Motorrad-Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH, merged with its shareholder, Detlev Louis Holding GmbH, Hamburg, with retroactive effect as of January 1, 2015.
Since April of this year, Berkshire Hathaway Inc., Omaha/Nebraska (USA), has held 100% of the company. With 1,700 employees, it provides customers in more than 25 European countries with motorcycle clothing, spare parts, and supplies that are sold through more than 70 outlets and its web store.
